Returns

We hope you love your purchase from The Jewel Box, however if your order isn't quite what you expected, we are happy to offer an exchange or a  refund within 14 days of receiving your order as per distance seller regulations. Online purchases only.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any pierced jewellery items (i.e. Earrings), altered items or personalised items.

Items being returned must be unworn and in pristine condition with all packaging and labels intact. All returned items will be subject to inspection and approval before any refund or exchange can be issued.

How To Return An Item

  2. Carefully package the items and send them with recorded delivery to our address below

  3. We will notify you via email when we have reviewed and processed your refund

Please Note:

Once the item(s) have been approved, we will refund the full amount of the returned item(s) less any postage cost incurred to the card used to pay for the order. Refund times may differ depending on bank and postage times.
